About us

One account, four carriers, one bill

ParcelPointPro Ltd exists because buying carriage should not require four contracts, four logins and four invoices. We buy shipping from DHL, Evri, Royal Mail and DPD at trade rates and resell it to businesses that ship too much to pay list price and not enough to negotiate on their own.

Why we exist

Shipping is cheap at volume and expensive on your own

Carriers price for the volume you can prove. A business sending a few hundred parcels a month has real spend, but not the leverage to get it recognised.

List price by default

Published rates are written for whoever walks in off the street. Trade rates exist, but they are negotiated against volume most small shippers cannot show on a single account.

Four of everything

Four contracts, four portals, four label formats and four invoices arriving on four different days, each with its own surcharge lines to check.

No single view of cost

When shipments sit in four systems, nobody can answer a simple question such as what a delivered parcel to Scotland actually costs you.

What we do

We do the buying, you do the shipping

We hold the carrier relationships so you do not have to. You get one place to compare rates, one balance to draw down and one statement to reconcile.

Nothing about your parcels changes. The same carriers collect them, the same networks carry them and the same tracking numbers reach your customers. What changes is the admin around it, and the price you pay for it.

One account

Every carrier reachable from a single login, with your team on it and the permissions each person needs.

One balance

Top up once. Every label draws down from the same prepaid balance, whichever carrier carries it.

One statement

Purchases, refunds and surcharges on one exportable ledger, rather than four invoices to cross-check.

One integration

A single REST API instead of four, so your systems learn one set of rules and keep them.

Our business model

How we make money

We buy carriage at trade rates and sell it to you at the price shown on screen. That price is agreed before you commit and it does not move afterwards.

A schematic of the model, not a rate card. You are quoted one price and that is what you pay.

One price, nothing bolted on

There is no subscription, no per-user fee and no charge for the software. What you pay for a label is what the service costs you, in full.

Quoted before you commit

Every quote is the final price for that exact parcel to that exact postcode. We do not show an indicative rate and settle up later.

Surcharges passed through

If a carrier remeasures a parcel or applies a remote-area charge after collection, that adjustment reaches your statement at cost, itemised and linked to the shipment.

Pricing is set per account and per service. If your volume grows, that is a conversation worth having with us, and we would rather have it than lose the shipments.

How we work

Four things we are not willing to trade away

We are a new company, so these are commitments rather than a track record. They are the ones we intend to be held to.

Clear pricing before you commit

You see the price, the carrier, the service and the expected delivery window before you spend anything. Nothing is charged that was not on screen at the point of purchase, apart from carrier adjustments, which are shown as their own line.

No lock-in

No contract term, no minimum volume and no notice period. Keep your own carrier accounts running alongside ours and send us the traffic where we are genuinely cheaper or easier. An unused balance is refundable.

Your data is yours

Shipments, statements and address books export to CSV whenever you want them, without asking us. Ask for your account to be deleted and we will delete it, keeping only what tax and customs law requires us to hold.

Support from people who know parcels

Questions answered by people who understand what a remeasure is, why a consignment can sit at a depot for two days, and what evidence a carrier actually wants before it will look at a claim.

What comes next

What we intend to build

Written down so you can see where the product is heading. These are intentions rather than promises: there are no fixed dates, and priorities move with what customers actually ask for.

More carriers

We will add carriers where they give you a genuinely different option rather than a fourth way to send a two-kilogram parcel: same-day couriers, pallet networks and services for larger, heavier consignments.

International customs support

Commercial invoices, CN22 and CN23 declarations and stored HS codes generated alongside the label, so sending outside the UK is one step in the same workflow rather than three in a separate one.

Deeper analytics

Spend broken down by carrier, service and destination, delivery performance against the promised window, and the real cost of failed first attempts, so the cheapest label and the cheapest delivery can be told apart.

If something on this list would change how you ship, tell us. Customer demand is the main thing that decides the order.

Tell us what you ship

Send us your typical parcel sizes, destinations and monthly volume and we will tell you plainly whether we can beat what you pay now. If we cannot, we will say so.
