Pricing

No subscription. No minimum volume.

You pay per label, at the price shown on the quote before you buy it. Choose how you fund the account — a prepaid wallet, your card, or agreed credit terms — and change your mind later without penalty.

  • No monthly fee

The platform costs nothing to keep open.

  • No minimum volume

One label a month is a valid account.

  • No setup charge

Nothing to pay to get started or onboard.

How you pay

Three ways to fund the account

The label price is identical whichever you pick. This is only about when the money moves and who signs it off.

Default

Prepaid wallet

Top up a balance, then draw down as you buy labels. Nothing to enter at checkout.

  • Top up by card or bank transfer
  • Every purchase, refund and top-up itemised
  • Set a low-balance alert so you never run dry

Best for

Teams shipping most days who want one balance and one statement.

Pay per label

Pay by card at the moment you buy. No balance to hold, nothing sitting with us.

  • Charged only when a label is issued
  • Same prices as the wallet — no premium
  • Switch to a wallet later without losing history

Best for

Occasional senders, and anyone trying us out before committing funds.

Credit terms

Ship against an agreed limit and settle on invoice. Subject to approval.

  • Limit and payment terms agreed in writing
  • Consolidated invoice per statement period
  • Approval required; we may ask for trade references

Best for

Established businesses with steady volume and a finance process to match.

You can move between funding models at any point. Your history, addresses and API keys stay where they are.

Included

Everything below costs nothing extra

There is no premium tier holding features back. The whole product is available to every account from the day it opens.

Every label format

6x4 PDF for thermal printers, A4 for the office printer, or raw ZPL straight to a Zebra. Reprint an existing label as often as you need.

Bulk buying

Upload a CSV, review the quotes, confirm once. Labels come back as a single merged PDF with a manifest for the driver.

API access on request

The REST API and its sandbox are part of the product, not a paid tier. Ask from the portal and an administrator enables it.

Team seats

Invite as many colleagues as you need and give each the access their job requires. We do not charge per user.

Statements and invoices

Every movement on your account, exportable to PDF or CSV, with a VAT invoice for each statement period.

Tracking and alerts

Delivery events land in your dashboard and inbox, so you hear about an exception before your customer does.

Why there is no price list on this page

A single number would be misleading. What a label costs depends on the carrier, the service level, the weight and dimensions of the parcel, where it is going and whether it needs a signature or a compensation level. A 500 g letter to Leeds and a 15 kg parcel to Inverness are not the same job, and pretending otherwise would only lead to a different figure at checkout.

So we do it the other way round. Enter the parcel, get every eligible service quoted side by side, and buy the one that suits. The figure on the quote is the figure you pay in £ — it is complete as shown, and it does not change between the quote and the charge.

  • Priced on the actual parcel
  • Every eligible service shown
  • Quote price is the charged price
  • No surcharge revealed at checkout

Higher volume

Shipping enough to be worth a conversation?

Tell us roughly what you send, where it goes and which services you rely on. We will come back with what we can do for that profile, in writing, along with whether credit terms make sense for you.

Questions

The things people ask before signing up

If yours is not here, ask us directly — we would rather answer it now than have you find out later.

How does billing actually work?
You are charged the price shown on the quote at the moment you buy the label — nothing before it and nothing after. With a prepaid wallet the amount comes off your balance. On pay per label it goes to your card. On credit terms it is added to the invoice for the current statement period. There is no monthly fee on any of the three.
Is there a contract or a notice period?
No. There is no subscription, no minimum term and no notice period, so there is nothing to cancel. Stop buying labels and the account simply sits idle. If you hold a wallet balance and want to close the account, tell us and we will return what is left. Credit terms are the one exception, because they are an agreed arrangement in writing with its own payment terms.
Is there a minimum volume or minimum spend?
No. One label a month is a perfectly valid way to use the account, and it costs the same per label as it would on a busy week. If your volume grows to the point where it changes what we can buy at, we would rather talk to you about it than have you find out from a competitor.
How do I top up the wallet?
From the portal, by card or by bank transfer. Card top-ups clear immediately. Bank transfers are credited once the funds reach our account, which normally means the same working day for faster payments. You can set a low-balance threshold so you get an email before a top-up becomes urgent.
What happens if a label is never used, or I void it?
Request the void from the portal or the API. Once the carrier confirms the label was not used, the amount you paid is credited straight back — to your wallet, your card or your next invoice, depending on how you funded it. Each carrier sets its own window for voiding, and a label that has already been scanned into the network cannot be refunded, because the carrier has charged us for it.
Are the prices you show inclusive of VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is then applied where it is due — not every carrier service attracts it at the same rate, so the amount depends on what you buy and where it is going. Your statement itemises the VAT and a VAT invoice is issued for each period.
When do I get API access?
Create an account, then request API access from the portal. An administrator reviews the request and enables it. We aim to do that within one working day. You start with a sandbox key that produces real-looking responses without spending anything, and move to a live key when your integration is ready.
Can I see what a label costs before I commit to it?
Yes, always. Quote the parcel and you get every eligible service listed side by side with the price you would pay for each. Nothing is charged until you choose one and confirm. The same is true through the API: quotes are free and cost nothing to run.
